Mobile Veterinary Health Bus
As Enbakım, our Mobile Veterinary Health Bus projects aim to bring veterinary health services to the field. We ensure accessible, planned, and controlled veterinary services are provided to stray animals, shelters, rural settlements, and remote areas. The Mobile Veterinary Health Bus is designed as a fully equipped healthcare vehicle capable of performing not only examinations and vaccinations but also surgical interventions and spaying/neutering operations.
Existing buses are transformed into mobile veterinary clinics suitable for field use by municipalities and relevant institutions, by considering their interior layout, technical infrastructure, hygiene standards, and exterior appearance. This provides institutions with an operationally ready Mobile Veterinary Health Bus that can be deployed to various locations and conduct planned spaying/neutering and treatment programs in the field.
PURPOSE OF THE MOBILE VETERINARY HEALTH BUS
Providing Accessible Veterinary Services in the Field
The Mobile Veterinary Health Bus is designed to deliver veterinary services directly to the field in areas with limited or no access to fixed clinics. It enables field-based examination, vaccination, treatment, and neutering processes in areas with a high density of stray animals, shelters, and rural settlements.
Supporting Spaying and Neutering Programs
This bus includes a surgical unit that provides not only basic examination and preventive medical services but also neutering and other specific surgical procedures. With a sterile operating area, anesthesia equipment, an operating table, and dedicated space for postoperative care, it supports the controlled and documented implementation of planned neutering programs in the field.
Strengthening Animal Health and Welfare
The Mobile Veterinary Health Bus offers a field-focused solution for improving animal health and welfare through regular vaccinations, parasite control, basic treatment, and operational processes. It also makes institutions’ animal health policies visible in the field and contributes to the measurable, traceable, and sustainable implementation of planned programs.
RENOVATION PROCESS
Sterility, hygiene, workflow, safety, and ergonomics were key priorities during the design and conversion process of the Mobile Veterinary Health Bus. The interior and exterior design is designed to accommodate intensive use, taking into account the operational needs of veterinarians and the technical team.
